i bought this tubular manifold to replace my stock s5 manifold and was wondering how much power you gurus think this will add

You'll lose power.

Why?
You just negated what the S5 / Kouki turbo was designed for int he first place - totally separate exhaust runners.

That, and you'll probably have to adjust all your water/oil/inlet/ic/exhaust plumbing as well...looks like the mounting flange on that sits a little forward from stock.

Ive heard its actually slightly larger than a T3. Not positive though.

It is neither.
Both Zenki and Kouki turbo are proprietary bolt patterns, which means they don't match up to anything else out there.

Yes, that sux.
