How much do u pay for insurance?
well, back when I had my license...$117 month non-owners, my (at the time) 85 RX-7 was under my mom's insurance and I was 16 years old then. Now I lost my license for 1 year for reckless driving 115mph/55mph zone.....in Virginia. im 17 now and will be when the license returns, so who knows insurance, i might get a bike like a honda cbr 600 rr because the insurance is cheap.

However the car is under my moms policy along with my sister. My sister constantly gets tickets and into accidents and my mothers record isn't so hot either (women
) So I get assbeefed. It was 1600 last year, now it's 2800.

ah yes I had forgot about hte insurance rates on L.I. - yet another reason to never move back
One of the reasons it's so high in N.Y. is the "no fault" insurance that was allowed to become the standard - so if you have an accident both parties insurances goes up - made the insurance companies very happy.
