Ive never heard of a "marriage" discount.

My wife's and my insurance was the same before and after we got married.

$300.00 every 6 months for full coverage through Allstate here in Richmond VA. I am 36 however and own my own home and other responsible adult type stuff. (it makes a difference)

Oh yeah. Those are the big discounts. Turning 25 and getting married drop your insurance BIG time. I Have USAA. Maybe you should call your ins company and notify them.

And who is that with? You are getting ripped my friend.

I havent had my 7 on insurance for about 1.5 years, due to it being down and nonfunctional. But when I was payin, I was 23, wife was 21, liability with uninsured motorists through Progressive, and it was not more than $112/mon. for both of us. We got another car (free 92 Accord) from my step-bro and took the 7 off insurance. We were paying about the same with the accord. A couple months later, we shopped around for insurance and found that State Farm gave us a rate of $67/mon. with the same coverage AND renters ins. included. So we switched. Of course, Im 25 now and the wife will be 25 this year, so when we get the 7 back on insurance, it should be much lower than the amount we were payin before.
that is south carolina, and yes we have State Farm, I am the primary driver of a sports car so that hurts me a lot.

Hope you guys are sitting down. 2 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limiteds, and the 89 RX-7. State Farm, New Jersey, no thresehold which adds quite a bit to the premium, full coverage, no accidents, no tickets. Bill came in yesterday $2031 for 6 months. That's $4062 a year or $338.50 a month. Got a quote today from Geico $2896 for the same coverage for 1 year.
What really aggravates me is that we've been with State Farm ever since we got married, and we also have homeowners with them. Looks like we'll be parting ways very shortly.

No that's pretty good considering how shitty the record is.

I'm 18, and I haven't gotten a quote on my 86 GXL yet, but on my 97 TJ 4.0L its over 4000/year. I'm hoping its less with the FC.

27 years old. I pay about $25/mo. for liability on my TII. That's with Progressive and a perfect driving record.

23 liability only, perfect driving record. It was ~$115/mo in Los Angeles. It's now ~$53/mo here in Hawaii.

California insurance is way to damn expensive...and I had ghetto cheap insurance there too. I'm glad I never had to use it. Big name places wanted almost twice that! My ~$53/mo here is through Progressive.
