how much can my 10AE handle?

Si ive got an S4 TII

I ordered a jdm S5 intercooler since its a little larger and a cryo2 intercooler water sprayer.
with a boost controller what do you think would ok amount of boost to put on it?
right now it holds at around 9.5lbs
oh and its got:

full racing beat exhaust
Rtek7 2.1
cone filter w/ heatshield
TB mod
Koyo radiator

not that all this matters jst littin you incase. thanks for any advice!!

the reason im not going FMIC is beacuse its a 10AE and i dont want to cut any of the bumper or frame.

IF anyone has a larger TMIC lmk i would prolly take it off your hands!

You can run an FMIC without having to cut the bumper or frame. Theres all kinds of different sized cores that you can use, just search around a little bit.

Intercoolers have little to do with max safe boost levels. Upgrading to a FMIC will give you a better heat exchanger efficiency, which means more hp can be extracted at high boost levels. The stock turbo is good to only about 12PSI anyway, and fuel injectors/pump are what determine if you can reach that point.

No. 13psi with BIGGER INJECTORS tuned. 13psi + 550ccs = Boom.

Design your own, that's what I did. I cut near the fuel pump resistor pack and under the battery tray, that's it. Stock battery is still in the front, ac/ps is removed but I could have left it and bent the pipe around it. Mounted under the hood latch, no cutting of the front bumper or the bumper support.
