Question How much Boost on stock ecu/fuel system?

I am debated whether to use a stock ecu for my series 4 13bt into 510 project. Planned Mods are as follows. 3 inch downpipe and exhaust piping all the way out to single muff. Mitsubishi Starion Front Mounted Intercooler. Blow off Valve. Stock motor internally (for now) and stock turbo. K&N intake. I don't need to get crazy with the mods as this is a very light weight car I am using so 250-275 hp would be good.

Can someone tell me if the stock ecu with fuel cut defenser will be able to supply enough fuel for the motor with these mods. I guess the only big Mod is the exhaust and intake. I know this will raise the boost on the engine. Also will the stock fuel system (injectors and pump) be able to handle a jspec 13bt motor with these mods? If it (ecu and fuel system) can handle these mods, how much boost can I get out of the stock turbo before an aftermarket efi system is needed? Thanks guys.
