help me learn about the fuel system

Well I've decided I really don't know everything about the fuel system in the t2 and thats not a good thing. Really this question was sparked because I'm going to do my emissions this week. I'm putting back on the cat/pre-cat and running a line from the air pump to the cat (acv is removed and blocked). The only non stock items on my car will be a 2.5''TID/cone filter and my walbro 255fuel pump. I know our cars run rich from the factory, but with the fuel pump am I running crazy rich at idle? Does it make a difference if I unplug my fcd. I'm just wondering if I'm going to need to get the safc before I do emissions because I don't know if I'm going to have to tune down the fuel. ok any help is appreciated.

Matt

Without a full exhaust system there really is no need for the upgraded fuel pump. If you unplug your FCD it wont make any differece in your idle it will just prevent fuel cut over 8 psi.

3'' dp/mp (no cats)
2.5'' TID w/filter

I was creeping to 13 pounds I ported the wastegate a couple of weeks ago and I'm boosting a solid 9-10 pounds at the top of 4th and my EGT's are looking nice.
