How many pistons does an FC have??

Ok assuming we are talking about a trim model that has the most pistons, probably a T2, how many are there?

And this is not a joke . If each wheel has four piston calipers then there are at least sixteen pistons on the car. Is there anything else on the car that uses pistons? At least this way I am not lying when someone asks me how many pistons the car has

yep i was thinking 16 for the TII also.

Unless you're a total gayass your car would have more because you swapped a V8 in her. that's sad :-(

Id say 12..

Two 4-piston from calipers, each rear caliper is single pistons, a piston in the brake master and a piston in the clutch master.

Ok so for all the math whizzers out there, how many cc's and or ci's do all these 'pistons' add up to?

there is no 4 piston rear calipers, i would say 13 cause the slave cylinder that bolts on top of the tranny also has a piston in it

No offense but this is a stupid thread. There is also atleast one piston that acts in a similar manner to a thermostat for oil.
