How to make headlights popup 1/2 way?
Is there a way to make this happen?...I don't want it to stay 1/2 way open all the time. So what I want to accomplish is when I TURN ON the headlights, it only POPS up half way. Thanks.

They do sell a device that can be installed that will allow you to control how far your headlights pop up, it's about $80 but sorry, I can't remember what it's called

got one sitting in my garage now, it's my friends actually, for his 180sx, name of the brand is "pivot" japanese brand,
my friend isn't using it because there were some problem closing the headlights completely.... maybe that's just the case for nissan... the way that thing worked was to turn ur headlight completely up first, choose the desire angle, and then close ur headlight..then it will stop at the angle desired. i think it's not such a good design, and i think other brand works better...
so remember don't get a brand name "pivot" and have a red sleepy miata on the cover of the box
and i think they are around 80 bucks...
remember some guy in the forum with a 10th anniv has the sleepy look..
ask around

Just remove the headlight motor retractor fuse it's in the fuse box by your power steer pump, it's the first fuse close's to the side of the car. Then go to the front of the car and reach under the car, right under the head light there is a rubber peace remove it and, turn the **** on the retractor motor shaft. now, you are able to move lights manully to how ever you want them.
