My FC was my step-dad's before it was mine, and he bought it right from the dealership when they became available. So I guess you could say I've had mine for 17 1/2 years, lol (hey I can claim that....I used to have to wash it when I was younger damnit!).

I've had mine for almost a year but not quite. I love it more everyday(even though it hasn't been a daily car for almost that whole year) 'Cest la vie.

Got mine a year and a half ago- traded in my car payments and my 2000 nissan crew cab for it and have never looked back. I have WAY more fun in this car, especially at the beach or on a cool night with the top down.

Since early June, 2002. So, about a year and two months. Selling it for another, though

Holy smokes, I guess its been a little over 7 years now. I bought it right after I turned 18 in April of '96. She's been good to me for the most part. The engine went a couple years ago, but now she runs as strong as she ever did.

about 2 months. It's too small, but it runs great and handles really really well. I miss the utility of a pickup for throwin'-an-goin' but then again, I don't miss those payments. I'll keep it until I"ve saved up some for a hefty downpayment on something else and at the very very least, at least through sevenstock.

Bought my 91 Coupe in January 1992 (I think...I'll have to check the papers). She was brand-new...117 miles on the clock. Now, she's logged 131,750 miles on her stock engine and tranny. She's been everything I could ask for and more. The only mechanical issue I've ever had to deal with was a malfunctioning clutch slave cylinder. An hour and a rebuild kit had her back on the road. Now, the tranny is starting to complain and I think catastrophic failure is eminent. Luckily, there's a well-known RX-7 specialist (Don Marvel) nearby. I'm not complaining though...131K+ miles before a big problem is pretty damn good. Especially for a tuned sportscar.

I could have easily towed them with my TA. That would have been sweet!

I've had my 86 since 1991.
12 years latter it's still a love/hate relationship

If someone came along with the right offer, I'd sell it in a second...but I'd always regret it.
