my pilot bearing is going out already. i can only hear once in awhile like when i high rev it and go into neutral. what will happen if i dont change it right away.

also does anyone know what i can get to fix my shifter it was taken out when my engine was taken out and we lost the parts it just holds in there by the top plate. and that is all.

 

Do you still have the shifter bushings?
