how long can i keep my car in storage

how long can i keep a car in storage before breaking something for example freezeing the motor,killing the battery etc
this is without starting it

uh, not sure if there is an exact answer for this, but 2 things come into mind - you'll want to start it up every 2 weeks or so, and let it warm up maybe even drive it around the block because that will help aide in from seizing, and if your motor's coolant seals are bad that will also help it not corrode the inside of the motor.
