How likely is it that my Pressure plate is fried?

I have an ACT 4 puck sprung clutch with a street strip PP from Racing beat.
The parts were bought and installed about a year ago and have approximately 10k miles on them. I have slippage which could be attributed to a number of things (didn't replace the pilot bearing/ recently regreased it and may have gotten some on the clutch disc)

so My question is, is there a strong possibility that my pressure plate is toast?
I didn't have any slippage until after I replaced my transmission recently.
I have heard the 4 and 6 puck clutches eat pressure plates and flywheels so I am just curious if it were possible in such a low milage.

The car is a mostly stock s4 na (just a header etc)

Thanks!

This is starting to confuse me

It feels like my clutch is slipping less under load than before, has anyone ever heard of this?

1.clutch works fine with some chatter

2.transmission replaced, clutch starts slipping like a mf

3.clutch stops(?) slipping?

any ideas?
