how to install stereo?

can anyone help me to remove the bracket so i can install my new stereo...
i can onli find 2 screws under the ash tray...

Remove the A/C vents to reveal two more screws. The shifter surround also holds the radio trim in place.

Be gentle with the stereo surround. They get VERY brittle with age!
