Hello, I was planning to repleace my TPS in my '90 Non-turbo mazda rx7 gtu because I heard it was a common fix for high and eratic idle. Im not that really car savy, and especially when it comes to my RX7. I was probably going to buy the TPS off of ebay. What I'm asking is how do I install the new TPS. To me it looks pretty much like plug and play, but I highly doubt I'm right. Is there certain steps I need to take. Is there also like a faq page or something that can explain this to me. Thank you for your help.

the used ones off ebay will be as bad as the one you have now. If you're going to buy a TPS, make sure it's new. If you buy one off ebay and it's new, kudos to you.
