plug it in?

Unplug pressure sensor (right strut tower) plug FCD into sensor, plug harness into FCD

If you have an S4 don't get the FCD. Get an rtek

FCD's are terrible band aids.

The pressure sensor is a little black box located right next to the passengerside strut tower. Unplug the clip that goes to it and put the fdc in its spot. its going to act like a fliter. and an FCD is fine unless you plan on upgrading you fuel system and get a bigger turbo. Then get Rtek. but for now the FCD will do you fine.
