Full exhaust (Racing Beat), Fuel Cut Defender, and Air Intake will probably put you at the highest (if not a little over) boost you'll want to run without lookuing into some bigger modifications.
You can also look into removing some emmissions eq if you want, but depending on your smog rules, that might be a pain in the ***. Most everything else I can think of seems like it'll be a big project.
Or.... you could sell me the S5 TII and go buy a modded 1st gen.

buy a boost gauge, used HKS F-Con, a Walbro 255 Fuel pump and the Racing Beat Turboback exhaust and make your own intake.
Thats my suggestion.
Then after that get a manual boost controller and maybe a front mount intercooler.
That is a safe reliable setup. Kinda gets expensive but you have to pay to play.
The car has a Fuel Cut which cuts fuel to the rear rotor once it hits a certain psi and that can blow your rear rotor easy. You need a FCD (Fuel Cut Defenser). The HKS F-Con comes with one, but the FCon costs about $1000 or so new. But used you can pick one up for around $250 or so. And its better than an S-AFC.
The racing beat exhaust has a good tone and sounds nice but isnt super annoying and won't attract any cops. It's only downfalls are the price and the weight, but the new style is SS so that is nice. Definately worth it. It's full 3"
You would have to have a custom fitted cat to pass emissions.
The Walbro is a good cheap pump

I was going to suggest a RTEK chip, to take care of fuel cut and allow for 720cc injectors without a S-AFC but you got a S5, and they only work with S4's so far..
but that brings up another point, get a S-AFC and learn how to use it.

How much are you looking to gain? You may not have to be particularly elaborate. I acheived a 35-40hp bump with stock boost and a fairly conservative 2.5" exhaust.

I have a S5 TII, i buy a Ecu with a Chip.
With the Ecu i make my car up to 14 psi,, with stock injector, and stock motor, you don't need a FCD, because the ecu have a internal FCD.
