How the hell do I turn my radio on and off?

OK, I must be an idiot because I can't figure this thing out.
Car is a '91 N/A btw. Anyway it seems the only way this thing goes on and off is when the car is on and off. If the car is running, the radio always seems to be on. Sometimes though it's off and if I hit the FM button or something it will go on. I've tried hitting every button after that to turn it off but no go. The only thing I can do is turn the volume down. Any ideas?

Hmmm, it could just be that your **** is screwed up.
My '91 Miata has been through two stock radios, at least one for that very reason. It's got an in dash changer now, though.
I'd suggest just getting an aftermarket unit. Gotta have a CD player to drive properly.

Seriously though, that would be the best place to look if it's stock. There should be a link floating around here somewhere.
