How hard is it to drill and weld a pickup tube to a 89 rb header
I accidently bought an 89 rb header true dual and I find out I need a pickup tube for the 6 port actuator, my car is an 86 and I need the tube. Can a exhaust shop fab one for me or would the weld break down possibly and whats the dimension of the pick up tube. I just basically want to turn it into an 86 header

Yes, an exhaust shop can easily do it.
The dimension of the pickup tube is unimportant. Just make sure it's close enough to the stock line so that you can connect it to the port actuators.
