How to fix side skirt(?)


I've got a pretty nasty dent across the bottom of my passenger side, it isnt detachable and is fully apart of the body and am curious on how I could fix this? I dont want to put side skirts or it, not even S5 OEM skirts I think they make the car look fat

I've always drilled holes and pulled the rocker out then finished it off, but here's something unique
that I never knew:
