How fast have you had ur FC

Hey,

Just wondering how fast some of you guys have taken your FC's. I've hit 260km/h and things started to get interesting. And also what kind of things could I do make it feel nicer at quick speeds.

Cheers
Chris

I shifted to 5th at 130 once, then accelerated in 5th a little and and to slow down fast because cars were ahead.

ill have to try again when there is no traffic.

155 downhill on I20 right before the cop stakeout After 130 everything gets a little scary... although you could loose control at any time a rear diffuser helps out with that loose feeling the car gets when speeds that high are reached

137 MPH in the middle of the night.

Ironically, on the same road where I hit my off-road speed record of 72 MPH when I was in highschool. (they had since paved the road)

I'm in KMPH too.

Redlining 4th gear, I hit 200 kmph. I still had 5th obviously, but my tires were bald, and there was traffic coming, so I backed off.

Thats some stress on my N/A I think though.. redlining 4th it sits up high in the band and slowly crawls up to 7k. Ouch, my cooling system.

I've never taken her above 180km/h so far. That was just during testing before I parked the car to begin work. She still had plenty in her, but I reached my house (QUITE quickly I might add) so I slowed and just pulled in the driveway. Once I'm finished with her I'll proly give it one more top speed run, but I'm not a top speed kinda guy...more of a backroad/gymkhana type of guy.

Fastest Ive ever gone was 220km/h in my TII. I didn't want to push any faster cause my front tires were almost bald and it had started spitting.

Fastest Ive been in was a modded 3rd gen rx7. Hit 275km/h and had alot of speed left, had to slow down cause of slow traffic rapidly getting closer.

Also had a few runs with a 3rotor 2nd gen. That thing will run out of gearing before it can hit its top top speed.

I've only been to about 100 because my front brake rotors are warped and the whole car starts wobling at about 75...

I've hit between 150 and 155 mph in my TII on several occasions running the factory turbo with the factory wheels and tire size. Had a DP, Cats were gone and an Apex N1 single side, K&N and fuel cut defenser. At the time it was dynoing 219 rwhp.

Put a set of Energy Suspension Polyurithane Bushings on the car. It will sure help it feel more solid. If you haven't already get some stiffer suspension, springs and struts. You don't want to be bouncing at all when your haulin ***.
