How do you remove washer nozzles?

Repainting and these are the only things I could not figure out how to remove from hood. Tried to turn them but the force I would have to apply to get themto turn makes it seem like I will damage them.

Thanks,
Ben

they are held on with Clips sort of..get a pair of pliers and Squeeze..they pop out Towards the Outside.(they snap into the hole)...take the Hose off each one,you will see what I mean.
