How do you install an MSD 6a?

Hey guys, I just got an MSD 6a ignition box and I was wondering how are they installed. I know what to do with the wires pointing to b attery negative and battery positive, but I'm not sure about the rest. It says the black wire goes to coil -, which one is that? It also says the orange wire goes to coil +, which one is that? It also says the red wire goes to switched 12 volts, where is that? It also has a white which goes to the amplifier output, where is that? Also it has a green, violet wire which goes to the magnetic pickup in the distiributer, where is that since these cars don't have distributers?

Car is a 1989 GTU, thanks for any and all help.

I'm having a problem with the stock ignition wires from the coil. I don't know where to put them, to be more specific, I took out the two wires that were connected to the leading coil and put two of the wires from the MSD setup there. Now I don't know where I am supposed to connect the two original wires I took out.
