Question How do you install blow off valve??

Can someone please give me advice on installing this blitz blow off valve into the FC. I noticed there are two hoses that goes onto the stock pipe(from turbo to intercooler). There is one hole on the aftermarket pipe, should i somehow fabricate the second hole. Where does the hose on top of the blow off valve go to?

thanks

Hmm... I think I get what you're asking, but I could be wrong.

On the stock "charge" pipe, one hose would go from your ACV to the pipe, the one pointing to the firewall. The other outlet plugs directly into the stock BOV, which then recirculates back into the stock TID...

When you put an aftermarket BOV (and it's "charge" pipe) on, the BOV doesn't recirculate back into the intake, so you don't need the outlet going to the TID.

Make sense?

BTW, where in Seattle do you live?

My cousin bought the blow off valve on ebay, so it doesn't have direction. I live in shoreline, two blocks away from border of seattle, exit 175. If i can't figure it out, i might just take it to Atec and have them install that and the turbo timer.

I have one and it's not hard to install. there should be 3 holes. two large ones and a small one. the 2 large holes plug into the intercooling piping, and the small one to the ACV. the pipe that came off the old Air Bypass Valve that went to the intake gets plugged at the intake and is no longer used. If you need more help I can try to take pictures of mine.

It shoudl not be connecting to the ACV.

It is the BAC which connects into the air path at that point.
