how do you check to see if 5th and 6th ports are working

you can also just bypass the control solenoid. Bridge the output line and input line with a fitting then u can rev the throttle by hand and see the actuators move.

^ on S5s only. S4s use exhaust pressure to open the ports.

that helps alot because mine is an S4 and the exhaust is complete ****. Thats probably the answer to my question. thanks alot guys.
