Unhappy How Do I Test For Leaky Injectors On My TII?

is there a way i can check to see if my injectors are leaking and if they are how hard is it to fix the problem?. . . sorry hella noob

send them out to someone who can performe maintenence on them. like rc engineering does that kinda stuff.

Follow the procedure in the FSM for leak-testing the injectors. If you don't have the FSM, click here and download it in PDF format for free. If they leak, they'll need professional cleaning.

Some diesel service shops clean petrol injectors, call around some local ones to see. Most are cheaper the EFI places, and since you're not sending them across the country you'll get tham back quicker.

aztpi.com did a few for me.
Usually, you can spot fuel on top of the motor if the infectors are leaking

Get them cleaned and replace the o-rings(top and bottom). That should fix your problem.

i had mine done at witchhunter performance at $15/injector. it was well done too, he replaced everything basically.

i had mine done by witch hunter too.. did excellent work.. he was local to me too so i saved on shipping
