The only thing that needs blocked of is the two very small holes on the Upper intake manifold. Follow the line running from the fluid resavoir to the intake manifold, there will be a small thing attached there with 2 10mm nuts. Just remove those, and then you can take everything out. There will be two small holes underneath that thing that you removed on the IM, you will need to plug them somehow. I recommend drilling and tapping, but something like JB weld could work...

cold start
Hey Devo3577,
I live in Jacksonville and even though It doesn't get that cold start up can suck sometimes(only when it gets below 50degree's or so). I have to rev it after it turns over so it doesn't stall, only sometimes though. But my car's never flooded since. I'll take bad start ups in the cold over flooding

Those holes, I had to deal with, when I removed the Sub Zero Start Valve, can be easily plugged with JB Weld to give It a clean appearance. Be sure to wipe off excess.
While you are at It, remove the threaded rods that are on the Manifold. It will also give a cleaner appearance. No need for JB Weld.
