yes, that buzzer also goes off when the coolant level is low or oil level is low.
you probably have cold solder joints in the idiot cluster so you can't see which is actually low, pull out and resolder the idiot cluster circuit board and check all of the bulbs also. on top of that check all of your fluids..

Like karack said your bulbs could possibly be burnt out. It's probably your oil buzzer, tight turns will slosh enough oil that the buzzer will go off.

The buzzer is for the following
1. Redline
2. Low Oil
3. Low Coolant
It will go off during the following situations according to the previous numbered list.
1. Roughly at/above redline
2. Immediately when the car senses that it has low oil. When your oil is near the absolute low point, it will go off during a turn when the oil shifts and the sensor sees the the oil is low. If the oil is properly filled, the shift won't matter and it won't go off.
3. After ~15 seconds of the car constantly sensing low coolant via the coolant level sensor. It WON'T go off due to a turn unless you're in a sharp turn that lasts quite a while (long on/offramp maybe). Definately not what you're describing.
My suggestion. Go check your oil level.

And read your owners manual. The redline buzzer also warns of low oil and low coolant, with a matching warning light on the dash.
