Talk with the manager of your favorite alignment shop.
If you can make some low angle ramps for his rack from 2X8 lumber, maybe he can give you a free job if you leave them there for others with lowered cars.

^Thats a good idea, but you might just want to find another alignment shop. There is one around here that can pretty much put any car on the machine, they can do racecars
They let you tell them what to adjust your camber/caster/toe to do as well. I reccomend finding that kind of a shop if you can.

I have adjusted the toe-in diy before ... with a piece of string. I think it's a pain in the a$$ especially if you have to lift the front end every time you need to adjust the tie-rod nut. I could not use the diy tool that you commonly see (the long bar with the dial thingy) because the car was too low. You also have to be careful with the steering wheel, it must be centered.
I have never tried to adjust camber and caster because the floor has to be flat and level and mine was not and I didn't need to.
If you google, you can find how to do it diy but I really would not recommend it because it is a sure time waster and it's quite approximate.
