If it's NonTurbo, it's located on the top of the Engine... by the lettering. If it's turbo, it's under the Intercooler on the top side of the engine

If you're having idle problems, also do a search. It could be related to the TPS or something else. Anywayz, it's been covered many times before, so I'm sure you can find the answer if you need it.

Download a copy of the factory service manual from one of the links in the 2nd gen FAQ. Step-by-step instructions are in the manual.

Jump the initial set coupler with the car totally warmed up and turn the screw.

Looking for more details?

1. You need to include the model of car you own. Procedures are different between NA and turbo, S4 and S5.

2. A subject line better then "idle problem" would have helped. Considering that you don't in fact have an idle problem, you have a question relating to how to adjust the idle. I've edited the title to something more appropriate.

3. As mentioned above, the Factory Service Manual is available for download in the FAQ. It has these procedures in great detail.
