How-To Cruise Control Removal
On a S5, how does one remove the Cruise control completely (actuator and cable) w/out messin up any other functions of the car?

The CC computer is on the drivers side, near the fuse box. It has one bunch of cables near the top, and is held in by two 10mm bolts.
You dont have to remove the kick panels to get it out either -- I did that, it was a waste of time.
Hope that helps!

It is inside the car. between where the fuse box is, and where the door is, you have to put your head near the floor and look up toward sthe left. Mine was goldish and had some slants on eitehr side of it.
