Is there a simple way to "BENCH CHECK" the power antena motor assembly if it is already removed from the car? I am looking at buying a used one and would like to do a quick check before I buy it to make sure it goes up and down.

Put 12V to the L/W, B/G and LG wires, and ground the antenna body. Ground the L/Y wire and the antenna will go up. Remove it and it'll go back down.

Damn, I might have sold a good antenna for 10 bucks then. From the wiring diagram I saw you only needed power on 2 wires. Oh well.
