They make a kit for a V8 Tranny.
Back in high school I purchased a shift kit and had Allen Transmission in STL install it in my 77 TransAm 6.6 Liter Large Holly Carb. It basicly changes the fluid valving to shift harder between gears. I could basicly get second gear scratches when my auto tanny shifted from 1st to 2nd gear when floored.

If you know a good auto tranny specialist they could do the same with any auto tanny by changing the valving characteristic and porting some of the fluid passages in the tranny.

Lots of work just to break traction.

But hey that was my High School days. Now that I'm all grown up we just buy a fast FD RX and make it faster!!

What a minute I'm still a kid in an old's mans body.

I own toys 86FC and 93FD.

FYI.
Back then it was V8 Big Block engines now its just Rotaries and Hondas' and Toyotas'

Deff true. All the other ways to do it will only hurt the car and the auto trans for that(weak). And in rain and snow it can do it no prob most of the time but thats cheating lol

Get a 5 speed*

Good luck with the 5 spd rotorhd!

LOL Guess so. But mine did blow on me at 32,000 miles so I guess my motor was never really good to begin with..

I think thats because you have the OEM tires still . And mine had 32,000 miles all orginal (21,000 8 months ago) So your car must look like new to You really should do a 5 speed swap though and new rearend. It will be a diff car.
