how can i improve mpg?

What a list of things I should change to increase my mpg. Right now I'm getting like 12mpg if that, on my '90 N/A.
What should I change to improve my mpg?

Spark plugs, plug wires, and air filter would be a good start.

Set your TPS, make sure you ahve good catalytic converters, clean spark plugs. have your fuel injectors cleaned and calibrated, change your air filter. Check for vacuum leaks. Change your oil. etc.

Two more things that should give you more MPG.

Crane Cams Hi-6 digital ignition gave me a slightly better MPG. I was avg around 15-16 went up to 17-18 or so.

SAFC. Leans out your uber rich FC and should give you a couple/few more mpg as well as mo powah.

o2 sensor will only affect freeway mileage because it works only in closed loop mode or cruising speeds.
