Does anyone have a link to a guide on how to build an intake filter box? im replacing the stock airbox with a cone filter and dont want it to be sucking in too much of the hot air from the engine...

Just a question of how creative you want to be. If you search for "cold air box" or "cold air intake" you'll probably find something, but search isn't working for me now. I think some people route it outside the engine bay, like to the brake duct or something. No good for rainy places, though.
