Housing with valve / diaphragm above turbo (S4)

Wondering if anyone knows what that is. Seems to be leaking some sort of fluid onto my down pipe. Looks like coolant but don't know what that housing is for or what it is even. Housing is right above the turbo as stated.

I don't understand java or html etc so can't really post pics.

Any info will help since doing searches for "Housing above Turbo fc3s / S4" isn't really pointing anywhere.

the thing at the top, with the black house going horizontally in and then out of it?

thats the BAC valve (bypass air control valve)... the black hose carries coolant from the thermowax, through the BAC, and to the back of the waterpump housing.. may be leaking where the hoses attach?

unless you're talking about something else....

nice picture , but not the BAC valve. that one i know what it is. From your picture, its the valve at the far left. example if you bolted your downpipe on / precat pipe, that back valve / housing would leak onto it.

thats the problem I'm having. in other words , rotate ur motor counter clockwise (back showing instead of right side) the valve would be on the right and just above the downpipe / precat.

Or the valve/housing to the left of the Air injection pipe
