Hot start problems...

Well, i removed my air pump, left the bac valve intact, and all vaccume lines etc. Its like everytime i shut my car off it floods... even when i kill it with my fuel pump cut off switch...or unplug it completly. I have tried lettig it idle for a couple of minutes and revving it before killing it with the fuel pump but it still will not fire up easily if i leave it for 15-30 mins. If i shut it off it starts up fine after a couple os seconds, or say if i shut it off and leave it overnight it will start up just fine. It is like it is flooding, but i don't understand how if i stall the enging out with my fuel pump cutoff switch... am i missing something? please any suggestions would help!

BTW 87 TII, needs injectors cleaned for sure, but i can't afford the downtime on the car right now.....

thanks!
