Hot start problem, test compression?

I got a S5 TII cheap because it would not run.
First thing i checked was compression, and it was fine!
I managed to get it going by de-flooding, new leads, plugs, adjust timing etc..
Its running nice now but i have an issue with starting hot,
When the engine is hot after a drive the car won't start till it's cooled.

I understand the cause is likely to be Low compression
or leaky injectors

Could my compression test have been wrong because i was testing it cold?

definitely re-test it while warm for accurate results, as for the hot start issue, it could be a number of things.

One more time today...........if you hold the gas pedal on a series five to the floor, the injectors will NOT inject anymore fuel until the pedal is released. That's how you deflood a series five.
