Hot start and lost boost
My car is developing the hot start problem. After driving and parking the car it will not start right away but after half an hour later everything is fine. It seems like it was the same time when the boost gauge only read .36 bar rather than the regular .46 bar. I changed the spark pulgs last night. they were half black and half rusty. This suggests me that the car might be running a little rich but that is it ( no oil on them)
The car idles fine and still has the same pull( for the most part since the boost has dropped it doesn't continue to pull all the way)
Any ideas. I have a itimer on the car so I could not really do the fuel cut off swittch. My car does not smoke (except for cranking a while related to this problem) I get 175 miles to the full tank so I really do not think that the motor is cooked.
thanks
