? on horse power on stock internals
Well I'm in the process of getting ready to build my 7 and I am trying to find out what kind horse power the stock internals will handle so I know if I need to go with a rebuild with street port and 3mm seals first or if i can get what i want out of the stock internals. Any info will help. I did search and found nothing that would help me out. Thanks in advance.

alot of people swear that the stock 2mm seals are better than 3mm..
There is nothing really you can change internally besides the seals unless you have heaps of cash for lightend rotors, ect... Performance mostley depends on what you do to the other things like porting and boost.
but dont believe what I say.. let's hear someone who actoually has experience with this.

the stock internals are good, i would say an n/a internals can handle upwards of 300RWHP easily but not so easy to get that high with an n/a unless bridgeport it. turbo internals are good up to and beyond 350RWHP.
stick with 2MM seals unless your rotors are worn out and won't fit stock 2MM seals anymore.

Up to 400HP on each engine, and then you start looking at doweling.

Detonation on an engine "only" producing about 270hp will CRACK oil filter bases (non-reinforces Zenki engines) and the opposite oil supply port on 13BT turbo engines.

Both Kouki turbo and NA engines are "ion-nitrided" stat gears.
The Kouki turbo rotors gears are ion-nitrided also; the Kouki NA rotor gears are not.
