Horn InoP

So I installed an NRG quick release steering and after installation I heard some tabs breaking when I turned the steering wheel. I think I may broke the clock spring? does this cause my horn to not work? I hear a relay clicking sound when I push the horn button.

Your car doesn't have a clockspring, that delightful crunchy sound was your turn signal cancel collar.

If you hear a relay activate when the button is pushed, that would indicate that your wheel setup is OK (at least for the horn, RIP turn signal collar), so the next step would be to check for voltage at the horns themselves.

what he said. Getting a signal from the button to the relay. Now you need to see if that signal is getting from the relay to the horn. I would run 12v right to the horns to see if they work at all first. Jumper wire from the battery.
