horn doesn't work
i'm trying to fix all the little problems on my car and am down to only as few. this one is with my horn. when i push the horn i can hear it click in the steering wheel and in the relay behind the kick panel on the dirvers side but that's it. are the horns wired so that if one goes none of them will work or can the work seperatley from each other?

Chances are either the horns are disconnected at the horn or the CPU needs re-soldering or Horn relay replacement.
The horns themselves are wired together, but parallel so if one horn fails the other will still work.
Because both of them are not working, I would lean towards the problem being the Horn relay or its connections at the CPU.
If you go to the CPU, in the long big plug you should have a green/red that should have 12V+ when you press the horn button. If it does not, then check the Green/white in the same plug, it should have 12V+ on it when the key is on. The last wire to check is the green/orange (found again in the large plug, right between the Green/Red and Green/white). It should have 12V+ with the Key on, and go to ground when the horn button is pressed.
If the green/white does not have 12V+ on it, then the horn fuse is blown (you did check the horn fuse first???).
If the Green/red doesn't switch 12V+ out when the horn button is pressed, but the Green/Orange does have ground when the horn button is pressed, you need to fix the CPU.
If the Green/orange does not work, check the horn button.
