Hood Scoop? and wheel/tire?

Hey allI was wondering if there would be any benifits of putting in a reverse hood scoop that would go down to the radiator kinda like the GT40.
I was just thinking of it for when I take my 7 down to PIR.
Right now I have the stock phone dials on and the previous owner had 235/60R14 put on. Does it seem liek those are way to big fopr those rims and would hurt handling?
Also what size tires should you put on 7, 7.5 and 8 inch wide tires (with 45 or 50 series height)?

The reverse hood scoop would have a cooling effect because the hot air would escape the engine bay and cool the engine compartment better I believe that there is one sold for the RX-7 I think they have one at RX7.com by REamemiya or some one like that but they are expensive. I don't know about the phone dial wheels and tire sizes since my sport came with the vert wheels.Sorry.
