its not a block, its an extractor meant to guide hot air out if you were to install an FMIC or V-mount

re amemiya made that. not sure they still make it. i saw a used one pop up on the forum a month ago for $150. if you are any good with fiberglass you probably could make one from the tii scoop thingy

i have seen caps for the hood scoop. the one pictured is a reverse vent though
