honda intakes on FC

can you easily put one of those cheap honda intakes from like APC on a FC, maybe with a little modification

ive heard that they fit fine on MKIII

You can do anything you want. I'd imagine that you could search through the rice-catalogues and find an intake "close enough" to fit. You'll just have to measure and look.

I do believe I remember seeing a member who put a honda something-or-another intake piping on his FC. Do a search for it.

It won't fit on the car no matter what you do UNLESS you sand and polish off the APC/company logo from the piping and the filter. Don't know why this phenomenon occurs, but it's a proven fact...strange???

make sure the AFM (air flow meter) Is in the same position it was stock. SO the flapper door opens without the strain of gravity

actually you might want to check out the mazda section also the mp3/protege has about the most similar piping angles to an FC so check that out. Id also look into the first gen eclipse as well. -Gabe

It can be done and I believe Vosko made a TID for his black TII from an Integra or soemthing....
