Home made fresh air inlets

i have a extra pair taken out of my old parts car so i decided to just cut them up and try it out. im making both sides with inlets so the car has a balanced look. i just started it but i took some pics, i dont know how to upload pics though. anyone wanna help me out?

yea looks pretty good are you gonna try to sell them if so how much also does anyone remember like 2 months ago someone made these and said they were gonna try them in cf for like 75$ i think what ever happen there

i didnt find them at all on speed machine performance and everytime they come out with a new product they post it on here and i didnt see any posts about it

Here's mine before I got lazy and stopped working on it.

I planned to make it out of fiberglass and then carbon fiber.




Here you can see where I drew out where the stock opening in the heradlight frame is.
That way it would be semi functional.

all thats left is fiberglassing so it looks abit more complete and then finishing with body filler. anyone recommend anything to smooth the metal edges? i was thinking of just sanding them and leaving it

the fiberglass looks really rough cause i actually had to close the scoop a lil for it to sit flush. this was done after the fb was applied so it go squished, thats what u call not planning ahead :/ haha the pic is also not too good but the general idea is ther. the whole will b bigger then shown and it does sit flush.
