It looks great.. and I think it will look much better with some weight underneath it.. like a nice chin spoiler (even the full length stock TII one)

Update

More progress on the bumper:

I have covered the bondo build-up with one to three layers of glass weave to strenghten it so it won't dent and chip off when I have rocks and stuff hit the bumper at speed.

It is all downhill from here! Just minor filling and sanding and it is primer time.

You are going to have to do something with the FTP lights ports now. The new bumper is VERY nice! Nicely curved and smooth fowing.. too bad the rest of the FC is a little angular. I think that if you put a nice round lip spoiler underneath, then you need to smooth out the FTP ports. They are too square and angular to match the bumper underneath. Maybe just putting the lenses back in would help....
Again, that bumper looks great for a DIY!!!!

There was another forum member who PM'ed me asking for a bumper job. I wish I could, guys! I'm off to Civil Engineering school after this project is done (after an auto-x or two).

Yeah, the bumper almost contradicts the lines of the rest of the car. I was going for the FD look and they are much sexier than FC's in my opinion. I'll put the FTP lenses and marker lights in for another photo shoot tomorrow.

I am not lying when I say that I almost cried when I put the sanded bumper back on the car tonight and took a look at it.

Good cry? Or bad cry?
I think it looks great, and the best part about it is, it's one of a kind now

It just took me by surprise because I thought it was not turning out very well and was getting frustrated, and then I saw it on the car and was awestruck by what it looked like with the FC behind it. So in a good way, I guess.

To bad your taking off for college i would pay you at least $200 for one! I am used to paying like 150 for a bumper cover (I used to drive a civic) I about had a heart attack when I saw air dam prices for these 2gen. Anyone know of a reasonable priced bumper out there($300)? Anyone want to sell me theres...
Way kick *** man.

This is very disturbing. That front end is hideous.

Ok guys, here is a shot of the type of filling I have been doing to the glasswork in order to smooth it out for painting (why it is taking me so long to put the primer on it!):

And I have also been doing some general bodywork on the rest of the car's dents:

Nothing like having your FC totally naked so you can work on its curves.
