There is this page that has pictures of all the transmissions and driveshafts from different model FC's and from FD's. Im wonderin if anyone knows.
also: does anyone know if the rear flange on the TII driveshaft can be drilled to mate with the NA diff?

IMO drilling the driveshaft is a bad idea. Why don't you spend $150 for a junkyard TII rear subassembly which will bolt right on your car in minutes, and comes with the thicker halfshafts and beefier LSD?

Yeah, look around. If they want to charge extra for the shocks then you can take them off. The driveshaft may add to the cost, but IMO it's not even worth the trouble to buy these used because they are all worn out by now. Obviously, pricing will vary with location and dealer, but that should be about right. Geez, in my area you can get an entire S4 TII with a blown engine or PD fire damage for $500-800.
