My main mods , are crappy old cone filter on the intake. 3in Racing Beat Rev Turboback, rtek 1.7 , 720cc secondaries , etc everything else is listed in the sig but it really doesent apply here.

Anyway basically at full throttle at over 5k, I hit like 15 psi. Its not even creep , it more like bam here we are.

From what I've read with my setup I guess Ive heard of people spiking to 12, but I mean I rock steady at 15 psi at over 5k. I havent really bothered taking it above that since I really dont know whats its doing fuel wise.

My question is , what the hell is up , it seems to be hitting too much and it dead solid. I'm in the process of buying a hybrid so I'm obviusly going to fix the issue but maybe someone can explain why its going that far, its seem out of the norm atleast from what I've read.

Question two is , how far can I push the rtek and the 720ccs. Should I be worried about leaning out at 15psi or are the 720cc still sufficient. If its fine , lets say it actually goes as far as 18 if I push it past 5k , is it still good then?

Sounds like your wastegate is stock and has not been enlarged.

Search for wastegate porting.

Sounds perfectly normal for a stock wastegate and big exhaust. Hell, a mate of mine put a stock S4 turbo on a 12AT and got over 17psi...
