Question HKS FMIC install questions

Ok i'm finishing up installing my old school hks fmic and came up with some questions.

Where do these various outlets go on the intake tubes? Some are pluged and some are not

probably just emissions or recirculating bov or something..i would just keep it capped off..

Cap em off? Does anyone know where I can get some heavy duty caps like the ones in the first picture?

caps always break and leak and it looks like with your setup they'll be very stressed. take the pipes to a exhaust shop and have them cut and weld shut.

i capped them off and put zip ties around them for extra strength, i think it should hold, thanks everyone
