will this do all i need to do when it comes to stopping all the fuel problems with raised boost?

i have not gotten it yet... i sent a email to the guy askin if it is all there... (but i dunno what "all" of it is)
i dunno anything about this stuff.. im used to taking a huge engine and beefin it up... then guttin the car and holdin on for a wild ride...
